Vrublevska Vasylyna

Born in 1984 in Kyiv. Vasylyna Vrublevska is a photo artist who experiments with fashion photography, reportage, and portraiture.

In 2003, she graduated from the Kyiv National University of Technology and Design. From 2016 to 2018, she carried out the research photo project “Modern Outfit in Religion and Folk Events” in collaboration with the Ivan Honchar Museum, National Centre of Folk Culture in Ukraine.

She works with the emotional side of memory — her images create a sense of presence and evoke the mood of the moment. Her work has appeared in Rolling Stone, Buro 24/7, Afisha, Forbes, Marie Claire, ELLE, Vogue, and Harper’s Bazaar. Currently, she lives and works between Kyiv and Paris.
