“Sifting through print media detritus until something sparks meaning for me is why my analog collage making process is similar to dream interpretation. As a nonbinary American living abroad in Spain much of my work is focused on analyzing the boundaries of the boxes I have grown up in as well as the ones I have found a home in.

Some common themes I work with are womanhood, gender, connection, the American dream of suburbia, and sexuality. Collage is a space for me to explore my own limits, as well as the ones nations put on me.”
