Vaysberg Daniel

Born in Kharkiv and raised in the Saltivka district.

At age 15, he moved to Germany – first to Düsseldorf, and since 2019 he has been based in Berlin. He began photographing in 2017 as a self-taught artist, initially documenting life in Ukraine during his visits to Kharkiv.

His work bridges documentary, fashion, and cultural photography. He has collaborated with Carhartt, Supreme, Our Legacy, Mercedes‑Maybach, and appeared on the cover of Achtung Magazin.

In 2022, he published the photobook 2Live (Shima Press), a limited edition of 111 signed copies, exploring life on the outskirts of cities—particularly his native Kharkiv. Through his documentary approach, he captures the atmosphere of suburban environments and a sense of belonging.
