About the artwork

Someone prefers to be invisible, someone to be accepted, anyway, these external manifestations  not always reflect the feelings experienced by a person. We are all depend on emotional states, although we have learned to mask them well.

“I work in the fields of artistic textiles and digital graphics. Art critic of the research project “Ukrainian Unofficial” (archive of Ukrainian unofficial art of the second half of the 20th century).

The recurring themes of the works touch on both contemporary social problems and the category of cultural memory related to the issue of human emotional states. In artistic practice, I turn to the method of collage in combination with textile techniques, in particular embroidery.”
